Astoria Russian Translations respects the privacy of the individuals that use translation and interpreting services. So, I have the Privacy policy which I strictly adhere to. This means all the information, received from customers for the purpose of translation, is treated as confidential, and is never disclosed to any third party.

Delivery of Translation           

I deliver the translated document for you in your preferred format, in a ready to use translated version. I work directly in the source document to maintain the original formatting, and send this to you via e-mail, post or fax.

Rates     

I offer very competitive rates for my high quality service. Give me a call for an instant quote and you will be pleasantly surprised, that the rates are considerably lower compared to what the majority of translation agencies can offer.  

Method of Payment  

I use Paypal, a third party agent, to handle credit and debit card payments, and, thus, I never have access to your credit or debit card details. Please also refer to my Privacy policy. You can pay for the completed translation/interpreting by invoice, which I can arrange for you to be sent via e-mail, or, if you prefer, send me a cheque.
